About the Founder,
                 Ariana Vitale   

                                                                                          ​                       Ariana has made a career in the hospitality industry because she truly enjoys it.  She loves interacting with guests and co-workers and creating an experience for everyone within her vicinity.  Ariana has run the gamut of taking on different roles:  from host to server to bartender to brand manager to bar manager to owner and partner, each position has given Ariana a well rounded perspective and insight.  Having worked on opposite corners of the country, designing menus and bar programs, working with brands, and traveling to foreign countries has expanded her knowledge and viewpoint.  Throughout the years, Ariana has received some notable attention in the media, locally and nationally (Playboy.com 2007 top ten bartenders) alongside top industry leaders right at the brink of the cocktail revolution.  She has participated in huge cocktail related events like Tales of the Cocktail, as a CAP and brand representative for several events in following years, allowing her to tap into the wealth of knowledge and network of hospitality professionals across the world.

                                                                                            All of Ariana's adventures have

culminated in her current passion, sharing her knowledge.  Currently, she is writing a cocktail book that maps out how to tell a story through a beverage program.  Ariana created Aqua Vitale Consulting, LLC to share this knowledge with clients and work with their staff, following the practices and spirit organized in her book, Telling A Liquid Story.
